Where are my matcha lovers at?๐Ÿต๐Ÿ’š This is my first time trying matcha in food and I am not disappointed ๐Ÿ˜ And they are vegan too! What you need:

250g oat flour
2tsp matcha powder
1tsp baking powder
4tbsp maple syrup
40g melted coconut oil
1cup plant based milk
2tbsp apple cider vinegar
2tsp vanilla extract

Combine milk with vanilla extract and apple cider vinegar to create a vegan buttermilk. Let sit for a couple of minutes. In the meantime, mix oat flour, matcha powder, baking powder, melted coconut oil with maple syrup. One by one, add in vegan milk mixture and mix until smooth. Make waffles and enjoy โœจ
