VEGAN white SNICKERS bars🥜
I am obsessed with white chocolate and caramel so if you are like me you will love this recipe. What you need for these healthier snickers bars:
For the base
10 dates
2 cups peanuts
2tbsp plant based milk (to help blend it better)
For the caramel
10 dates
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup plant based milk
3tbsp peanut butter
1tsp vanilla extract
salt to taste
1cup peanuts
For the top layer
1 bar vegan white chocolate
2tsp coconut oil

Put dates, peanuts and vegan milk into blender and mix until smooth. Place into baking pan and add to freezer. Meanwhile, add all the ingredients for the caramel to blender and mix. Spread on top of the base layer and add peanuts on top. Lightly press them onto the caramel so they stick to it. Place in freezer for at least two hours so they are firm. When ready, cut into pieces. Melt vegan white chocolate with the coconut oil over hot water and dip the bars into chocolate so everything is covered. Add to fridge for about 10-15 minutes before serving and enjoy!! ✨
