Vegan breakfast wraps🌯 I usually prefer toast to wraps for breakfast but it never hurts to change things up a little bit😇 What you need:
3 tortilla wraps
1/2 big avocado
1/2 onion
1 cup mushrooms
2tsp olive oil
1tsp maple syrup
cumin to taste

Cut the onion in small slices and add to pan with olive oil. Let cook for about 8 minutes and add maple syrup to caramelize them. Add in mushrooms and cook until done. Season with cumin or any other spices of choice. Spread avocado in the middle of each wrap, add onion/mushroom mix and close by folding both sides to the middle. Place each wrap for about 3 minutes in pan. Enjoy ✨
