SALMON TARTARE๐Ÿฃ
I always order this at my favorite sushi place and with everything being closed, I tried to recreate it. They are so delicious and add a savory touch to your brunch. What you need to make them:
1cup sushi rice
1.5 cups water
1tbsp rice vinegar
2tbsp sugar
2 big slices of salmon filet
2 avocados
ยฝ freshly squeezed lemon juice
3tbsp greek yogurt
4bsp soy sauce
salt & pepper to taste

Cook the sushi rice by adding rice, water and salt to the pot. Mix together vinegar and sugar, heat up and pour evenly over cooked rice. Lay out and let cool for at least 30min. Cut avocados and season with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Cut salmon into small pieces, add greek yogurt, soy sauce, salt and pepper. Dip your hands in cold water, form little round balls with the rice, add avocados on top and finish off with the salmon. Enjoy!โœจ
