Quick and VEGAN Banana bread with chia🍌 Perfect for breakfast with some peanut butter on top or a healthy snack!
What you need:
3 very ripe bananas
3tbsp chia seeds
1 ½  cups oat flour 
4tbsp maple syrup
2tbsp melted coconut oil
2tsp baking powder
1tsp vanilla extract ✨

Mash the ripe bananas using a fork and mix together with the rest of ingredients. Place in baking pan and bake at 180C for about 40 minutes. Super easy and yummy!✨
