My moms famous cranberry jam recipe🤤 everyone that tries this is obsessed and we literally put this on everything (rice, bread, cake..😇) This will make a biiig batch of jam so adjust the quantity if you want less😋 What you need:
1.5kg cranberries
0.5kg sugar

Wash and clean cranberries, add to a pan and pour sugar on top. Slightly mix the two ingredients and place pan in the oven at 60C for about six hours. Cook on stove while stirring constantly (about 15 minutes). You know it’s done by doing the gel stage test. For that, simply put 1-2 teaspoon hot jam on a small plate, and if after two minutes the jam becomes thick, it’s ready! You can also add a bit of red wine to the jam as an optional step. To can the jam, always use new lids and make sure you clean the jars and lids properly before. I do that by placing them in the sink and pouring bowling water on top. Fill the jam in the jars when they’re still hot. Seal jars tightly. They can be stored for up to one year!! You will never go back to store bought jam again after this😝 enjoy ✨
