Homemade GRANOLA✨
This granola is perfect for a snack or breakfast and a healthier version to the store-bought one. Plus it’s so simple to make. What you need:
2 cups oats
1 cup nuts of choice
½ coconut flakes
½ dried fruits of choice
¼ cup maple syrup
2tbsp coconut oil melted
salt to taste

Combine oats, nuts, coconut flakes and dried fruits in a bowl. Depending on how you like your granola, you can first cut the nuts and dried fruit into smaller pieces. Add maple syrup and coconut oil and stir until everything is well covered. Add salt to taste. Spread evenly on baking pan and bake at 160C until golden (about 20-25 minutes). Let cool for at least one hour as granola will continue to crisp. For this recipe, you can add any of your favorite ingredients, get creative!✨
