Fried egg on pita bread 🍳 Pita bread is rich in protein and is a nice alternative to regular bread. What you need for this breakfast idea:
2 slices of pita bread
2 eggs
1/2 ripe avocado
2tsp hummus
2 slices of cheese
salt and pepper to taste

Slice the upper half of pita bread and add one slice of cheese each. Place on baking pan, add some drops of water on top and bake at 180C for about 4 minutes. In the meantime, cook your fried eggs with some olive oil in a pan. Take out pita bread, add hummus and mashed avocado on top, add eggs and top off with salt & pepper. The melted cheese in the middle is amazing 🤤 Enjoy ✨
