Four Ingredient Rum Truffles two ways 🍫
For the white chocolate truffles:
300g white chocolate
150g powdered sugar
9tbsp rum 
250g walnut halves 
Melt the chocolate over hot water, add in powdered sugar and rum and let it cool for 30 minutes. Roll into balls and put in nut halves. 

For the cocoa truffles: 
250g soft butter
250 powdered sugar
2tbsp rum
200g cocoa powder
vanilla extract (optional)
Mix all ingredients and let cool for 30 minutes. Roll into balls and then into sprinkles of choice.
