Eggs Benedict to celebrate the last day of the weekend🍳 A classic brunch recipe topped with homemade hollandaise sauce. What you need:
For the sauce
1 egg yolk
3tbsp butter
1tbsp lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste
For the toast
2 slices of your favorite bread
1/2 avocado
2 eggs
1tsp white vinegar

For the hollandaise sauce, melt butter over stove and mix egg yolk with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Once butter is melted, add a tiny bit to the egg mix to temper the egg and then mix everything well. Bring water and vinegar to simmer, add the eggs to make your poached egg. Cook for about 4 minutes. Toast your bread, add avocado slices, place poached egg on top and finish off with hollandaise sauce. Enjoy ✨
