Chili sin carne 🌶 an easy, vegan and delicious recipe! If you’re looking to serve this for a lot of people, serve tortilla wraps and other taco toppings like guacamole next to it and every guest can assemble their own taco😇 What you need for this recipe:
1 large onion
1/2 garlic clove
1 red pepper
400g kidney beans
300g soy mince
6 big tomatoes
2tbsp tomato sauce
cumin, salt, paprika, pepper to taste

Finely chop onion, garlic and pepper. Heat olive oil in pan and add onion. Let cook for 3-4 minutes before adding the soy mince. Add garlic, pepper, beans, chopped tomatoes and the tomato sauce. Add spices to taste. Let cook for at least 15 minutes. Enjoy ✨
