Blueberry smoothie bowl anyone?💙
This healthy breakfast just takes a few minutes to prepare, is vegan and full of creamy flavors. What you need:
2 frozen bananas (peel before freezing)
½ cup blueberries
½ cup blackberries
½ cup vegan coconut yogurt
2tsp blue spirulina powder

Combine bananas, berries, vegan yogurt and spirulina in a blender and puree until smooth. (Tip: Don’t over blend, as the frozen fruit gets softer while blending and can lose some of its creaminess). Add toppings such as dark chocolate flakes and enjoy✨
