5-minute vegan peanut butter banana pancakes 🥞 What you need for this recipe:
1 banana
1/2 cup plant based milk
1/2 cup flour
2tbsp peanut butter
1tsp vanilla extract

Mash the banana and mix with remaining ingredients. Cook pancakes using coconut oil for about 2-3 minutes each side. Top off with more peanut butter (I melted mine for 30sec in the microwave) and bananas or toppings of choice😇 Enjoy ✨
